Once purchased through EricaAnn Glass Studio website, show the staff at BrightSpot your purchase confirmation. BrightSpot staff can call Erica (artist) to come meet you and carefully pack your new art piece! (In most cases, Erica can arrive to BrightSpot within 15-20 minutes.)
